Corporate in-house training
Programmes built around your standards, your systems and your customers — delivered at your premises anywhere in Nigeria.
Generic training produces generic results
A public class has to serve a bank, a hotel and a hospital in the same room. An in-house programme does not. We build the content after a needs assessment — listening to your recorded calls, reading your complaint log, observing your frontline and interviewing your supervisors — so the training addresses what is actually going wrong in your organisation.
Participants practise on your scenarios, using your systems and your language, against the standard you want them to hold. Managers get a debrief showing what changed, what did not, and what needs follow-up.
In-house delivery is usually the right choice from about eight participants upward, and is almost always more economical than sending the same number of people to public classes.

Consider measuring first
If you are not certain where the problem is, a service audit before training pays for itself. We measure what customers actually experience, rank the failure points, and tell you which of them training can fix and which are process or system problems in disguise.
