A beacon of excellence in capacity building and skills acquisition
Since 2014, Kaduna Customer Service School has trained frontline professionals and advised organisations on the standards that make good service repeatable.

Outstanding customer service is the backbone of every successful business
Since our establishment in 2014, we have honed our expertise in service delivery training and human capital development programmes. Our commitment to excellence, strategic partnerships and a passion for fostering growth in individuals and organisations have been the cornerstones of our success.
We are dedicated to shaping the future of customer service professionals. Whether you are looking to start a career in customer service or sharpen skills you already have, we have a programme built for you.
We train at our Kaduna campus and deliver in-house across Nigeria, working with banks, hospitals, hotels, telecoms operators, schools, government agencies and small businesses.
Our mission
To empower individuals with the knowledge, skills and passion needed to excel in the world of customer service, and to help organisations turn service intent into service practice.
Our vision
To be the reference institution for customer service capability in Northern Nigeria — the school employers name when they describe the standard they want.
Our values
Honesty about capability, respect for the customer’s time, fairness in every interaction, and evidence over assertion in everything we teach and measure.
What makes training here different
Comprehensive programmes
We offer a wide range of customer service courses designed to meet the needs of both beginners and seasoned professionals. Our programmes are carefully curated to provide the latest industry insights and practical skills.
Interactive learning
Our classes are interactive, engaging, and designed to foster a collaborative learning environment. We believe in hands-on training and practical experience over lecture.
Career opportunities
Graduating from Kaduna Customer Service School opens doors to careers across banking, telecoms, hospitality, health and the public sector, through a network of partners and employers who value our graduates.

Short input, long practice
Most service training fails because people are told what good looks like and never made to do it. Our classes invert the ratio: brief instruction, then extended role-play, observation and feedback against a written standard.
- Every participant is observed and given individual feedback
- Scenarios drawn from real Nigerian service environments
- Assessment by examination, demonstration or live service audit
- A personal development plan each participant leaves with
- Refresher clinics open to alumni
From first conversation to certified capability
Consultation
We start with a conversation — about your role, your team or your organisation, and what better service would actually be worth to you.
Needs assessment
We observe, listen to calls, review complaints or test the participants. Training is designed against evidence, not assumption.
Programme design
Content, scenarios and assessment are built around your sector, your systems and the standard you want people to reach.
Delivery
Interactive classroom, in-house or live-online sessions. Short input, long practice — every participant gets role-play time and individual feedback.
Assessment & certification
Participants are assessed against the standard and certified. Sponsors get a debrief showing what changed and what still needs attention.
