Use the form below, call, or visit the campus. Tell us the programme, your preferred stream and your background.
Confirmation & fees
We confirm the next start date, the fee and the payment details in writing. Instalment arrangements are available on longer programmes.
Registration
Complete registration with a valid ID and a passport photograph. You receive your timetable and reading list.
Study & assessment
Attend, participate and complete the assessment. Successful candidates receive a dated KCSS certificate.
Entry requirements
Foundation programmes are open to anyone with a secondary school certificate and functional English. Management-level programmes assume current or recent supervisory responsibility. No prior customer service qualification is required for any course.
What to bring
A valid means of identification, one passport photograph, and your highest educational qualification. Corporate-sponsored participants should bring a letter of nomination from their employer.
Fees & payment
Fees vary by programme and are confirmed in writing on enquiry. Instalment arrangements are available on programmes of four weeks or longer, and group discounts apply from five participants. We do not take payment before written confirmation.
