Kaduna Customer Service School Ltd (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Information you give us directly through the enquiry form: your name, email address, telephone number, programme of interest and the content of your message.
- Standard server log information recorded by our hosting provider, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested.
Why we collect it
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry, to send you the programme details you asked for, and to keep a record of the enquiry. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except where necessary to operate this website (for example, our hosting provider) or where required by law.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained for up to twenty-four months, after which they are deleted unless you have enrolled on a programme, in which case student records are kept in line with our academic record-keeping obligations.
Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, and to ask us to delete it where we have no continuing lawful reason to keep it.
